I hear congrats are all together for your huge advancement to ruler. This is the first run through in Medieval Times' 34-year history that they've had a lady as the show's lead, isn't that so? There's been a lord and ruler some time recently, however there's never been a ruler as the sole ruler. What you discover toward the start of the show is that my dad has passed away, and I have assumed control over the kingdom.

So as ruler, the primary thing on your plan is to have a jousting challenge to pick your better half? [laughs] No, no, no, no. It's sort of amusing, on the grounds that we call that out in the show too. It resembles, "This isn't about imperial matchmaking, Cedric." You know? We're not doing that. It's tied in with finding another champion of the domain.

How could you climb to the position of authority? Indeed, I am an on-screen character, and I majored in melodic theater execution at the KD Conservatory in Dallas. I had officially graduated, and I was going to the school and saw a posting on our little release board that they were trying out for another princess. I'd never been to Medieval Times, yet I was much the same as, "I've for the longest time been itching to go to that mansion I've seen off of Stemmons Freeway!"

Did you need to figure out how to ride a stallion for the part? Better believe it, I did. When I initially began working here and I met the author of the show, I resembled, "All in all, when are the princesses going to do battle? I need to battle." So when I got the news that we would have been ready to ride a stallion in this show, it was simply so energizing. I had ridden a smidgen back in my adolescence days, Western seat, yet it wasn't anything like this. For this, we ride English and Spanish seat. Essentially, we have been preparing for barely a month now.

The keep going time I was on a steed, I relatively upheld into an electric fence. Have you had any setbacks? [laughs] No, in light of the fact that our steed coach shows us how to ride as well as deterrent measures. You must be locked in continually. You can't have any nerves or any notion of uncertainty, on the grounds that the stallion can read it. In any case, man, it's so fulfilling. The first occasion when I trotted, I just felt like I was riding off into the dusk like I generally envisioned. It was only a stunning knowledge, truly.

What sort of ruler do you intend to be? A Machiavellian conniver, a kindhearted authority, or a mother of mythical serpents? Doña Maria Isabella is exceptionally kind, but at the same time she's not going to give anyone a chance to put her down in light of the fact that she's a lady. There's several times when the men of the domain get somewhat feisty, and she needs to come in and resemble, "Guess what? The decision isn't yours, it's mine—since I have the blood of lords in my blood."

Is it genuine that the 700 or more outfits required for the new show, which is performed at all nine châteaux around North America, are made here in Dallas in the Design District? Indeed. I really had the chance to go to the outfit search out of the blue this week. It's unimaginable. I was simply stunned.

Would you have your opponents executed by harm, decapitating, consuming at the stake, or Game of Thrones-style, by sustaining them to their own pooches? That is a stacked inquiry. How about we see—would i be able to make up my own particular choice?

Totally, you are the ruler. I would execute them with benevolence.
